Each house is available for a 30-day rental only. Generally only one house is booked at a time. Please contact us for a quote and dates of availability. Approximate rates for 30-days are $150,000 for one house and $300,000 for two houses.

  • There is an on-site property manager

  • Children are welcome

  • This is a non-smoking estate

For additional cost and with some advance notice we can arrange for the following to complete your stay:

  • Housekeeping (including upon departure)

  • Chef / Grocery stocking

  • Childcare
